Indian Cooking Class September 21st
Curry up and register for this cooking class!
Indian cuisine dates back over 5000 years. Each region has its own traditions, religions and culture that influence its food. If you love Indian food but are hesitant to cook it at home because you are intimidated by unfamiliar names, spices, and ingredients – keep calm and curry on! You will be introduced to traditional Indian spices including cumin, cardamom, turmeric, coriander, and other ingredients along with techniques used to prepare traditional Indian dishes.

- Chef-prepared Welcome Appetizer
- Naan
- Fish curry
- Rice pilaf
- Indian-style Roasted Vegetables
*Please be on time, wearing closed-toe shoes.
*Class is $100 per ticket. Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion.
*Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
