Fright Feast & Spooky Brews Pairing Class October 18th
Courses and Beer Pairing Menu:
- 1st: Grilled Fall Vegetable Salad paired with Jazz Loon Pilsner
- 2nd: Duck Confit with Sour Cherry and Apple paired with Timpanator Lager
- 3rd: Red Wine Braised Beef Short Rib, Butternut Squash Puree and Roasted Beets paired with Soul Rex IPA
- 4th: Pumpkin Crème Brulée paired with Barrel Aged Wheat Wine
*Must be 21+ to attend.
*Class is $85 per ticket
*Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion.
*Please note: All purchases are non-refundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits, or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
