Get a taste of our 12-week professional institute and advance your culinary knowledge in this week long course. Take a culinary tour with our international chefs and explore Latin America, the Mediterranean and Southeast Asia.
Class will be held Monday through Friday, hands-on and in person. Limited seats are available so that we can ensure that you are receiving the individual attention necessary for an intensive course. All course materials will be provided.
After completion of this week-long intensive course, you will receive a certificate of completion and credit towards this portion of our 12-week professional culinary course.
*Please arrive on time in comfortable attire and closed toe shoes, face masks are required.
*Class is for ages 18+
*Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
