Step up your date night game with this hands-on cooking class and wine pairing. You and your plus one will get to cook a meal from start to finish, breaking between each course to enjoy the fruits of your labor along with a glass of wine, expertly paired by our friends at Vine Lore.


  • Spinach and Artichoke Dip *Welcome Appetizer
  • Pistachio, Blackberry, and Goat Cheese Salad – Paired with  Gruet Brut
  • Beef Filet with Olive Oil Poached Shrimp and Chive Beurre Blanc, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, and Garlic Mashed Potatoes  – Paired with Lapostolle Cuvée Alexandre Carmenere
  • Crème Brûlée – Paired with Graham Tawny Port

*Tickets are priced per couple. One ticket = 2 registrations*

*Please be on time, in comfortable attire and closed toe shoes. 

Cancellation Policy:

Please note:  All purchases are nonrefundable.  Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to reschedule your reservation.  If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed.  If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
