Date Night: Lust & Lobster February 14th

Seductive Flavors. Decadent Techniques.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a hands-on cooking experience designed to indulge the senses. Lust & Lobster brings bold flavors, luxurious ingredients, and refined techniques together for a memorable date-night class.

With guidance from our chef instructor, you’ll prepare an elegant multi-course menu featuring broiled rock lobster, pan-seared bone-in pork chops with cherry-port reduction, and silky truffle-squash purée. Seasonal vegetables and a chocolate soufflé complete the menu.

Once cooking is complete, you’ll sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve created together—paired with a Red Velvet Martini.

  • Strawberry Spinach Salad with Pomegranate Vinaigrette
  • Pan-Seared Bone-In Pork Chop with Cherry-Port Reduction
  • Broiled Rock Lobster
  • Truffle and Squash Purée

  • Chocolate Soufflé

*Date Night Tickets are priced $249 per couple. One purchase = two seats. Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion. 

*Please note:  All purchases are nonrefundable.  Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation.  If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed.  If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

Your health and safety are extremely important to us.

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen and classroom environment. We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
