Date Night: Korean Classics Cooking Class September 16th

Baby, please don’t bul-GO-gi! You make my heart go bi-bim-bap.

Bring your Seoul-mate to this hands-on date night class. Intoxicated with a fresh aroma, you’ll be transported across the Pacific and learn some essential Korean Classics. You’ll have a bowl learning traditional Korean Classics cooking techniques to create flavorful, authentic recipes with regional ingredients. Korean food stands out from other cuisines with the many side dishes (banchan) that are served during meals. The number of side dishes can range anywhere from 2 to 12, but everyday meals feature at least a few. You and your partner will rice to the challenge and won’t be able to wait to eat this meal a-grain.

*Please note:  All purchases are nonrefundable.  Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation.  If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed.  If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
