Seductive Flavors. Decadent Techniques. One Last Chance.
Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a hands-on cooking experience designed to indulge the senses. Lust & Lobster returns for a final seating, bringing bold flavors, luxurious ingredients, and refined techniques together for an unforgettable date-night class.
With guidance from our chef instructor, you’ll prepare an elegant multi-course menu featuring broiled rock lobster, pan-seared bone-in pork chops with cherry-port reduction, and silky truffle-squash purée. Seasonal vegetables and a classic chocolate soufflé complete the menu.
Once cooking is complete, you’ll sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve created together—paired with a Red Velvet Martini.

*Date Night Tickets are priced $249 per couple. One purchase = two seats. Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion.
*Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
