Pre-Order your Braising meal kits for pick up Thursday 11/19!
We’ll make sure you have a delicious, homemade dinner on the table in no time.

How it works:
We’ve taken out all the hard work and left you with the fun. We’ve done all the slicing, mixed up some exciting spice blends, and included some tasty toppings and sides. We’ll give you all the instructions you’ll need to get cooking at home! *Each kit serves 4 people. *Tax is included*
Orders must be placed before Tuesday 11/17 by 12 pm
Kits will be ready for pick-up Thursday 11/19
–You can stop by anytime Thursday between 12 pm and 4 pm to pick up your order

This week’s kits!
  • Beef and vegetable braise kit includes: *raw beef*, carrots, onions, celery, mushrooms, potatoes, tomato paste, braising liquid and parsley
  • Chicken and mushroom kit includes: *raw chicken thighs*, onion, garlic, dried mushrooms, braising liquid, cream, and parsley
  • Creamy garlic potatoes kit includes: Whole potatoes, herb compound butter, and SLICE mashed potato mix
  • Homemade dinner rolls kit includes: SLICE dinner roll dough, whipped honey butter and herb salt
  • Apple crisp kit includes: whole apples, SLICE sugar and spice mix, and crumble topping
  • Donate a dinner for 4: Share the love and purchase a meal to donate to a family of 4 in our community. Each donation will include a full meal (entrée, side and dessert) that is fully prepared and delivered to a family in need.  SLICE is collaborating with the South Salt Lake Police Athletic League (PAL) to help identify families in need and deliver the dinners to them.

Your health and safety are extremely important to us.

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen and classroom environment. We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
