Bohemian Baklava December 20th

Did you know that you can build your own baklava? Most people just think that baklava is just pistachios. Once you step outside that baklava box thinking, a whole world opens up. We love getting creative in the kitchen and have teamed up with Elif Ekin of Kahve Cafe to bring you a class all about designing your own signature flavor! How does it work?

  1. Pick you nuts
  2. Pick your mix ins: That can be dried fruit, chocolate, flowers, candy or all of the above
  3. Decide on a center layer
  4. Make a syrup

We’ll provide everything you need (including a pan!) to build a signature flavor to bring home and enjoy just in time for the holidays. It’s the perfect treat for gift giving, although we’ll fully understand if you keep it all to yourself!

Menu:

  • Walnut Baklava
  • Pistachio Baklava
  • Variety of add-ins to build your own baklava

*Please be on time.
