Fizz the season for holiday hors d’oeuvres and bubbly wines! Cheese the day by joining us for this fun and delicious class collaboration at SLICE. Chef Heather of Beehive Cheese will be demonstrating how to make three seasonally inspired bites and Wine Educator Julia of Vine Lore will discuss the perfect bubbly pairing for each one.
- Teahive Cheddar with Sliced Pear, Prosciutto and Honey Drizzle
- Apple Walnut Smoked Cheddar and Bacon Wontons with a Cranberry Sweet and Sour Sauce
- Seahive Cheddar and Butternut Squash Crostini
- Mini Queen Bee Porcini Cheddar Beef Wellington Turnovers
