Artisan Bread I – Baking Class March 25th

Are you ready to elevate your bread baking skills to new heights?

Rise to the occasion in our Artisan Bread Baking class, where you’ll master the art of crafting delicious, homemade breads. After enjoying a chef-prepared welcome appetizer, you’ll bake and take home your own focaccia and sourdough du pain—perfect for building confidence with foundational artisan techniques.

Looking ahead: This class is the first in our bread series. Artisan Bread II will be added next month for those ready to continue honing their skills—keep an eye out for details coming soon.

*Please be on time and wear closed-toe shoes.

*This class is designed for adults 18 years and older. Exceptions for participants under 18 may be granted at the sole discretion of SLICE and requires prior written permission from SLICE.

*$100 per ticket. Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion. 

*Please note:  All purchases are nonrefundable.  Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to reschedule your reservation.  If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed.  If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

Your health and safety are extremely important to us.

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen and classroom environment. We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
