Freaky Friday Appetizers and Wine Pairing Class October 27th

Trick or treat yourself to these eerie-sistible appetizers and witchy wines! Chef Heather of Beehive Cheese will be demonstrating how to make a variety of seasonally inspired bites and Wine Educator Julia of Vine Lore will discuss the perfect pairing for each one. Grab a date or plan a night out with the ghouls because this is sure to be a wickedly delicious time!

Appetizer and Wine Pairing Menu:

  • Date Stuffed with Promontory Cheddar, Wrapped in Prosciutto, Drizzled with Thyme Honey, Sprinkled with Pistachios
  • Barely Buzzed Cheddar, Blackberry and Basil Skewer
  • Pour Me a Slice Cheddar, Pumpkin and Caramelized Onion Hot Dip Served with Assorted Dippers
  • Red Butte Hatch Cheddar, Sweet Potato and Black Bean Fritters with Lime Crema
  • Apple Walnut Smoked Cheddar and Sausage Roll with Garlic Mustard Aioli 

*Must be 21+ to attend.

*Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion. 

*Please note:  All purchases are non-refundable.  Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to reschedule your reservation.  If you cancel less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits, or class transfers for classes missed.  If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
