Freaky Friday Appetizers and Wine Pairing Class October 27th
Trick or treat yourself to these eerie-sistible appetizers and witchy wines! Chef Heather of Beehive Cheese will be demonstrating how to make a variety of seasonally inspired bites and Wine Educator Julia of Vine Lore will discuss the perfect pairing for each one. Grab a date or plan a night out with the ghouls because this is sure to be a wickedly delicious time!
Appetizer and Wine Pairing Menu:
- Date Stuffed with Promontory Cheddar, Wrapped in Prosciutto, Drizzled with Thyme Honey, Sprinkled with Pistachios
- Barely Buzzed Cheddar, Blackberry and Basil Skewer
- Pour Me a Slice Cheddar, Pumpkin and Caramelized Onion Hot Dip Served with Assorted Dippers
- Red Butte Hatch Cheddar, Sweet Potato and Black Bean Fritters with Lime Crema
- Apple Walnut Smoked Cheddar and Sausage Roll with Garlic Mustard Aioli
